Job Title: Digital Media Operations Manager (Budget & Financial Operations) Job Type: Contract (Remote) Location: United States (Remote) Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary The Digital Media Operations Manager will support budget management and financial operations for the Global Digital Marketing team. This role focuses on end-to-end management of digital media budgets, ensuring accuracy across planning, forecasting, and actuals, while collaborating with media, finance, procurement, and accounting teams to maintain financial alignment and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Own and maintain documentation and tracking for planned and actual digital media spend • Ensure alignment across budget plans, forecasts, and actuals • Serve as the central point of contact for budget adjustments (transfers, reallocations, incremental requests) • Partner with procurement and legal teams to process Statements of Work (SOWs) • Manage purchase orders (POs) and track spend against commitments • Handle accruals, invoice validation, approvals, and financial close processes (month-end and quarter-end) • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to deliver forecasts, actuals, and pacing insights • Build and improve scalable processes, workflows, and documentation for budget management • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and visibility across financial operations Required Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, financial operations, or budget management • Strong experience managing budgets, forecasts, accruals, and financial workflows • Experience working with procurement, finance, and accounting processes • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (data tracking, modeling, and organization) • High attention to detail and strong process discipline • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights Preferred Qualifications • Experience managing digital media budgets or agency spend • Familiarity with SOW, PO, and invoice workflows in marketing or media environments • Experience supporting global teams and multi-region budgets • Background in building or improving operational and financial processes Work Environment & Additional Details • Fully remote contract role • Fast-paced, global digital marketing environment • Requires collaboration across multiple departments and stakeholders • Focus on financial accuracy, process efficiency, and operational excellence Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
