About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, AI-fluent marketer who can own our content engine end-to-end — from crafting email sequences to coordinating video and podcast production, managing social channels, and reporting on what’s actually working. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic, big-picture thinking with exceptional execution and attention to detail.
You are a critical thinker who is eager to learn, grow, and climb within a fast-moving organization. You’re not afraid to be a voice in the room, contribute ideas, and think proactively about how to improve systems, messaging, and results. At the same time, you’re adaptable and willing to support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. You bring humility, organization, follow-through, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the mission.
The right person is highly organized, detail oriented, adaptable, and deeply aligned with AFL’s mission, values, and commitment to creating meaningful impact through connection, transformation, and service.
