Our client, a vibrant and rapidly growing digital media company, is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing and Content Manager to enhance their online presence and engagement strategies. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, managing content creation across various platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. You will be responsible for SEO optimization, social media strategy, email marketing campaigns, and paid advertising initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, exceptional content creation and editing skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Experience with analytics tools and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends are essential.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. Manage content calendar and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (blog posts, articles, social media updates, videos, infographics). Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO). Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter). Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Oversee paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads), managing budgets and optimizing performance. Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency and user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and content management. Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp). Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
