We're looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Account Manager to become the critical bridge between our global founder-clients and our internal production teams.
This is not a traditional account management role.
We're looking for someone who understands digital marketing well enough to advise clients, shape project requirements, manage expectations, and drive work through delivery. You'll oversee a high volume of projects across multiple digital marketing disciplines, ensuring every brief is clear, every project stays on track, and every client receives a great experience.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Manage a portfolio of founder-clients and their ongoing digital marketing project requests
Guide clients through available services and help them identify the best solutions for their business needs
Gather, clarify, and refine project briefs before work begins
Translate client requirements into actionable instructions for production teams
Coordinate project flow across websites, funnels, social media content, graphic design, online courses, and other deliverables
Monitor project progress, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction
Proactively identify and resolve blockers to keep projects moving
Manage scope, expectations, and delivery conversations with confidence
Review deliverables prior to client release to ensure alignment with project requirements
Contribute to improving systems, processes, and delivery standards as the business scales
What Success Looks Like
You will excel in this role if you:
Have a strong understanding of digital marketing and can confidently discuss digital assets and marketing projects with business owners
Can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail
Communicate clearly, professionally, and directly
Take ownership of outcomes and follow projects through to completion
Balance speed, quality, and client expectations effectively
Are comfortable operating within structured systems and repeatable processes
Solve problems proactively rather than waiting for issues to escalate
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Account Management, Client Success, Project Management, or a related field
Strong working knowledge of websites, sales funnels, social media content, graphic design, online courses, and other digital marketing deliverables
Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns, or client accounts simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
Experience working with international clients is highly regarded
Comfortable working remotely with globally distributed teams
