DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes

Job Description: • Design, develop, and manage GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD • Build and operate scalable, secure, and highly available Kubernetes-based platforms and applications • Collaborate closely with software engineering teams to optimize application deployments, scalability, reliability, and performance • Implement and maintain observability solutions including monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using IaC tools including Terraform, CrossPlane, and AWS ACK • Develop automation and operational tooling using Python and Bash scripting • Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and ECR • Ensure platform security, compliance, and operational best practices across cloud-native environments • Support deployment management and release automation using Helm and Kubernetes-native tooling • Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps engineering standards, automation practices, and platform reliability Requirements: • Solid DevOps engineering experience with a focus on product/platform engineering • Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD or FluxCD • Deep expertise with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, scaling, and managing containerized applications in production environments • Strong scripting and automation skills using Python and Bash • Solid experience with AWS cloud services including EKS, EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, and ECR • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Terraform, CrossPlane, and AWS ACK • Experience managing deployments and packaging applications using Helm • Strong understanding of cloud security, reliability, and DevOps best practices Benefits: • Highly competitive compensation • Health insurance • Flexible work arrangements • Professional development • Employee resource groups • Social events
