VML, part of WPP, is a leading creative company that combines brand experience, customer experience, and commerce. They are seeking a Designer to create visually engaging materials, collaborate with team members, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop visually engaging presentations, pitch decks and other marketing materials
- Conceptualize and design with interactive elements
- Translate complex ideas and strategies into clear, concise and visually appealing designs
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all materials
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure visual and narrative alignment
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stay up to date on the latest design trends and technologies
- Pay strong attention to detail and process
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and styles
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software (Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work effectively as a team player, contributing positively to a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Editorial and/or print production experience is a plus!
