£80,000 – £100,000 + equity

UK | Full-time | Remote-first

We’re a fully remote team of 50+ people building the market-leading design system management platform 🚀

We are a remote-first company and there's no requirement for anyone to come into the zeroheight office on a regular basis — more details on what remote-first looks like.

zeroheight enables companies to document, maintain, and scale their design systems — all in one central hub. Here is an example of Uber’s design system site built with zeroheight.

Join us on our mission to enable every product team in the world to ship magical user experiences 10x faster than today.

🚀 About the role

At zeroheight, we sit at the centre of the design systems ecosystem. Teams rely on us to document, share, and scale their systems — and the toolchain around us is evolving fast. AI is reshaping how designers and developers work. MCP integrations are opening new workflows. Practitioners and stakeholders are hungry for guidance as AI-driven product development blurs the line between design and engineering — and significantly increases the value of design systems.

We need someone who can represent that story loudly and credibly — and who already has the trust of the community to do it.

This is a hybrid of two roles — design systems advocate and partner marketing manager. You'll advocate for design systems and for zeroheight's place in the ecosystem, while owning the partner relationships and co-marketing that keep it growing.

You'll work closely with our Principal Design Systems Advocate, sharing responsibility for how zeroheight shows up in the community. The partnerships remit is yours to own; the broader advocacy work is collaborative.

✨ Who you are

⭐ Essential

🔥 5 reasons to apply

  1. You already care about this. Design systems aren't a job category to you — they're something you've thought and written and argued about. This role is built for that person.
  2. You bring your audience with you. We're not asking you to build from zero. You'll come in with existing trust and we'll give you the platform and resource to amplify it.
  3. You’ll be right at the frontier. If you’re excited about AI and design, this role puts you at the cutting edge — building relationships with pioneering teams like Cursor and OpenAI, and spending your time where the future of design systems is being shaped.
  4. You'll own something real. Full ownership of partner relationships and your advocacy programme, with a direct line to commercial outcomes.
  5. You'll be joining a category leader. Backed by Y Combinator, Tribe Capital, and Adobe. Practitioners already know who we are — you'll have a springboard, not a standing start.
