The Design Sales Representative will help clients transform their homes and workspaces with stylish window treatments while building a high-earning career through generating their own appointments and utilizing qualified leads from the marketing team.

- $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Design Consultants who are part of the Downtown Chicago market. Terms are as follows: $1,500 will be paid out after 30 days and an additional $1,500 will be paid after 60 days of service and good-standing and active employment with 3 Day Blinds.
