Ciklum is looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team full-time in Ukraine.

About the role:
As a Delivery Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow, who will ensure smooth and successful project execution across all stages. You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day delivery, supporting project planning, tracking progress, and solving issues to keep everything on track.
In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, internal teams, client stakeholders, and senior delivery leaders to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and team activities. You’ll also support proposal development, Agile ceremonies, and staffing coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset, looking to grow in a delivery leadership role.
Responsibilities:
Participate in pre-sales and support the creation of delivery proposals that align with client needs and Ciklum’s capabilities
Coordinate team ramp-up and onboarding, ensuring alignment with recruitment and delivery setup
Apply and maintain delivery best practices in tools, processes, and communication flows (e.g. using PRODIGY templates)
Monitor changing client requirements and raise improvement opportunities or service adjustments to senior delivery leads
Build effective working relationships with client counterparts to support project execution and day-to-day coordination
Define and manage project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resources
Estimate, plan, and adjust project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring milestones are met
Monitor and support team performance to ensure motivation, accountability, and delivery consistency
Track and report project progress, risks, and financials to internal stakeholders and clients using established tools and processes
Prepare and present project documentation, including reports, dashboards, and meeting materials
Proactively identify and escalate risks or blockers, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop solutions
Contribute feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes, tools, and delivery practices across the organization
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in IT project management, project delivery, or team management
Experience managing or coordinating teams of up to 20 FTEs
Exposure to scope control, scheduling, and team coordination
Skills & Knowledge:Solid understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and general Agile delivery lifecycles
Familiarity with contract types (SOW, MSA) and how they affect delivery terms
Working knowledge of software development lifecycle and ability to monitor delivery progress (e.g. Scrum burndown chart, Gantt diagram)
Comfortable with delivery tooling (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
Working knowledge of team ramp-up, resourcing plans, and staffing
Basic financial literacy, including gross margin, rate cards, headcount allocation, and budget forecasting
Able to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively
Intermediate English (B2+) for written and verbal communication
Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s/Master's in IT, Business, or a similar field
Agile certification recommended (Scrum Master or ICAgile)
Foundations in project management methodologies (PMI CAPM or similar) are a plus
