In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our customer information is accurately entered into our systems while providing exceptional service to our clients. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and updating database records in an efficient manner.Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain customer data accurately in the database.
- Handle customer inquiries through various communication channels such as email, phone, and chat.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely fulfillment of services and products.
- Verify the accuracy of customer information entered into the system.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to their accounts.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to provide a seamless experience for customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Expected salary: $17.25 - 24.5 per hour
