Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis projects under the guidance of senior analysts to inform business decision-making processes
- Develop and maintain data reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor and communicate key metrics effectively
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand data needs and provide actionable insights for projects
- Clean and organize raw data sets to prepare them for further analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Assist in identifying patterns and trends from complex data sets to contribute to strategic planning and forecasting
- Support the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and contribute to the knowledge base within the team
- Prepare documentation and presentations for stakeholders to communicate analytical findings and recommendations
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies in data analysis to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team
Requirements and Skills:
- Mandatory Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques and ability to draw insights from data sets to support decision-making processes
- Strong skills in data visualization for creating compelling and informative charts and graphs to communicate data findings effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to tackle complex data challenges and propose effective solutions
