Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers via voice calls and/or chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. * Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department to ensure prompt resolution. * Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution. * Collaborating with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution, and identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience. * Communicating customer feedback and suggestions to the team to drive continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities:** * Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via voice calls and/or chat * Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all clients * Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department * Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and transactions * Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate these to the team **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) * 2+ years of experience in a customer support role * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) **Essential Qualifications:** * Native Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, communication) * 2+ years of experience in a customer support role * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience using customer support software (e.g. Gorgias, etc.) * Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
