Promoboxx is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Services Team.

Promoboxx is a retail marketing platform powered by brands, helping leading companies support their local retailers with online marketing. We work with well-known brands including YETI, HOKA, Yamaha, Chevrolet, Carhartt, The North Face, and more. We are a power-packed company of just under 40 members where everyone needs to consistently contribute meaningful and efficient work.

This is an entry-level, full-time, 100% remote role ideal for someone who is excited about marketing, technology, customer service, and social media. You’ll become an expert in the Promoboxx platform, support retailers and brand customers, conduct 1:1 trainings, help maintain customer data, and assist our Customer Success Managers with projects and reporting.
