The Customer Support Team regularly interacts with our users and troubleshoots any issues our customers might face via phone and email. Our goal with Customer Support at Inktavo + OMG is to ensure we are responding efficiently to inquiries and assisting customers in understanding and navigating our software while maintaining top-tier customer support.
Day in the Life
Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
Handle customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Work on other service-related projects as they arise
Must Haves
2+ years experience in a customer support role
Excellent ability to clearly communicate through phone and email
High attention to detail with research and investigative skills
Ability to multitask
Able and willing to work 8 AM - 5 PM CT Monday through Friday
Experience with Mac Operating systems, internet services, browser functions and basic software applications
SaaS experience a plus
eCommerce experience a plus
