Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required , your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities • Provide clear, accurate, and empathetic written and verbal responses to a variety of customer support queries. • Contribute to the development and refinement of AI-driven customer support tools by offering real-world insights. • Assess, annotate, and review support interactions to ensure quality and consistency. • Identify common customer pain points and document best practices for issue resolution. • Collaborate closely with the customer's team to share feedback, suggest process improvements, and enhance training data quality. • Maintain high standards of communication, staying detail-oriented and responsive in a fast-paced remote work environment. • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality in all support interactions and documentation.
