If you're a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, we encourage you to apply. **Your Impact** As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for: - Handling escalated calls with a sense of urgency and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving complex service issues. - Managing department staffing, daily phone coverage, and training programs for new employees and ongoing training for existing employees. - Interacting with internal and external contacts on behalf of customers to expedite problem resolution. - Communicating effectively with team members to resolve issues and escalate problems/issues/requests in an expedited manner. - Documenting customer interactions, established next steps, and following through to completion. - Ensuring facility compliance with monthly/quarterly reporting. - Managing special projects as assigned. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: - Highly motivated, great people skills, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and a drive to be the best. - Ability to become an expert in the rehabilitation reimbursement process and project confidence. - Ability to communicate persuasively both orally and in writing. - Ability to operate independently in a self-directed manner. - Ability to develop reimbursement department functions and policies. - Ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to travel when required. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office. **Physical Demands** The physical demands of this role include: - Sitting for extended periods. - Communicating with other employees and operating computer hardware systems. - Specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. **Work Environment** As a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with: - Moderate noise levels. - Exposure to weather conditions prevalent at the time. **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing equal employment opportunity in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship.
