Customer Service Specialist 100% Work From Home | Permanent Full-Time Comfortable with people. At ease with money. Monday to Friday, from home. This role is a great fit if you’ve got solid work experience behind you and you’re comfortable having conversations about money. You don’t need a contact centre background - just a track record of showing up, following process, and handling whatever comes your way with a level head. If you’ve come from banking, insurance, accounting, retail finance, government, or any customer-facing role where accuracy and doing right by people mattered - we’d love to hear from you. You’ll be supporting Australians with financial and government enquiries on a busy inbound queue, working within clear scripts and compliance guidelines. The calls vary - some straightforward, some sensitive - but the expectation is the same: accurate, empathetic, professional, every time. What You’ll Be Doing High-volume inbound calls - financial and government matters Strict script and compliance adherence Applying financial literacy to guide customers clearly and accurately Maintaining professionalism across a range of conversation types The Details   $26.70/hr + Super + Incentives - with pay increases as you expand across business lines   100% permanent Work From Home   Monday–Friday only | 7.6hr shifts with rotating start times between 7am–12pm AEST ️  Equipment provided (Perth CBD collection required)   Multiple intake dates across June and July 2026 - apply early, security clearance can take up to a month once submitted What You Bring Professional experience in a role where accuracy, compliance, or financial concepts mattered Comfort working within scripted, process-driven environments A solid grasp of financial concepts - numbers shouldn’t faze you Strong communication, composure, and attention to detail Reliable home internet (min. 50Mbps↓ / 20Mbps↑) and a private workspace Requirements Australian Citizenship required  |  Within 50km of Perth CBD  |  Police and Government Security checks Why Concentrix Concentrix is a global leader in customer experience with long-standing client partnerships.
