About the Role
Evergreen Plumbing Authority is looking for a self-motivated Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher to run our phones, book and schedule service calls, and keep our technicians' days full. This is a remote role for now, so you must be able to work independently, stay organized, and hit clear goals without direct supervision.
If you are confident on the phone, disciplined with follow-up, and motivated by hitting targets, this is a role you can grow with.
What You Will Do
• Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
• Book, confirm, and schedule service appointments.
• Dispatch calls to technicians and keep the daily schedule full and accurate.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and texts to new leads and open estimates.
• Follow up with customers after service to check on their experience.
• Send handwritten thank-you notes to customers who complete a project.
• Track and hit daily and weekly performance goals.
What We Are Looking For
• 1 to 2 years of customer service, CSR, scheduling, or dispatch experience. Home services or trades experience is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to work remotely and self-manage without direct supervision.
• Strong, confident phone presence and clear written communication.
• Detail-oriented and consistent, especially with follow-up.
• Comfortable learning and working inside CRM software.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and driven to hit goals.
Equipment You Must Provide (remote period)
• A reliable computer capable of running our CRM and web tools.
• High-speed, stable home internet.
• A quiet, professional workspace suitable for phone calls.
• A smartphone for calls and texts, or willingness to use a company line/app.
Compensation
• Base pay of $20.00/hour.
• Performance incentives tied to booked and confirmed appointments and daily scheduling goals.
Growth
This role is remote for now and moves to in-office as the company grows, with a path to expanded responsibility as the team scales.
