- When VBS does not fully satisfy a customer’s need, document the gap, evaluate the economic feasibility of a custom construction, and professionally transfer the case to careerzynith’s technical community for deeper discussion.
- Utilize the E‑price tool to generate accurate price quotes, apply appropriate discounts, and provide application sheets, product samples, and trial orders.
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Own the end‑to‑end order fulfillment process—from order receipt through delivery and invoicing—ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Enter new orders for both existing and prospective customers, verify details, and process changes or cancellations as needed.
- Monitor open work orders, expedite pending items, and proactively notify customers of any delays, offering alternative VBS constructions when appropriate.
Logistics & Freight Coordination
- Collaborate with careerzynith’s Shipping Departments to resolve freight and logistics questions, providing customers with clear guidance on shipping options, costs, and timelines.
- Address and resolve information‑related complaints, implementing corrective actions in line with careerzynith’s quality standards and confirming resolution with the customer.
