**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to resolve problems and answer questions regarding a bill
* Effectively listening and communicating revenue cycle outcomes or processes with callers
* Being familiar with and understanding payor and state rules and regulations, as well as client information
* Adhering to all company policies and procedures
* Performing other duties as assigned
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
* 1 year of related healthcare and/or call center experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes and regulations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
* Knowledge of payor and state rules and regulations
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
