Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and resolving low complexity level membership issues under various product lines. You will conduct internal and external research to determine and request the data needed to handle inquiries regarding membership, provide responses by telephone, check-off letters, and/or automated letters, and follow department/corporate reporting requirements.
