About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused English/Farsi Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support via phone, email, and text. The ideal candidate will assist customers with scheduling, enrollments, payment processing, and general inquiries while delivering a positive customer experience.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Support & Communication
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries via email and text
Provide timely and accurate information regarding services, appointments, and general inquiries
Scheduling & Enrollment Support
Schedule and reschedule appointments using the company scheduling system
Assist customers with enrollments and payment processing
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate customer records and prepare evaluation reports
Coordinate with instructors and support daily administrative operations
Candidate Qualifications
Must-Haves
Fluent in English and Farsi (spoken and written)
Strong customer service, communication, and call handling skills
Excellent written communication skills for email and text support
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and comfortable learning new systems
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Good to Have
Knowledge of driving school operations, scheduling processes, or DMV-related procedures
