They are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about customer advocacy and problem resolution, ensuring a positive experience for customers while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support Customers: Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service-related needs while ensuring a positive experience
• Provide Solutions: Help identify customer needs and coordinate appropriate follow-up or resolution
• Maintain Excellence: Uphold Four Seasons’ service standards while managing multiple priorities efficiently

Skills

• Prior customer service experience with a demonstrated record of reliability and professionalism
• A strong commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
• Reputation management experience
• Knowledge on Social Media Platforms
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business and customer needs
