Job Description:
CVS Health is looking for dedicated, customer-focused, and compassionate individuals to join our Customer Service Center team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat to CVS Health customers.
Assist members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries.
Navigate CVS Health systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times.
Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed.
Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry.
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment.
Previous customer service experience preferred; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
Must have a quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, and the ability to work independently.
