This position emphasizes relationship-building, service excellence, and client support throughout the travel planning process.
Key Responsibilities
• Consult with client to understand their travel preferences, budgets and needs
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings
• Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Present customized recommendations and service solutions
• Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details
• Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, or service industries welcome)
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required
