Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inbound calls, and resolving issues related to billing, payments, and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year in a call center or similar environment
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigation
