As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will play a critical role in delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests, exceeding their expectations and fostering brand loyalty.
**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you will be responsible for:
* Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish
* Taking ownership of the customer's experience, creating innovative solutions to resolve issues and concerns, and exceeding their expectations
* Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
* Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-quality experience in the lounge
* Collaborating with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, providing exceptional service, and ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering extraordinary service
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Card Members and colleagues
* Problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions for customer issues and concerns
* Ability to work as part of a cohesive team, supporting and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals
* Experience in hospitality or customer service roles is preferred, but not required
**Nice-to-haves**
While not essential, the following skills and experiences would be beneficial:
* Experience in travel consultation or concierge services
* Knowledge of Arenaflex products and services
* Familiarity with the Atlanta Airport and its amenities
