**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Experience Analyst at Arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
* **Research and Recommend Opportunities for Improvement**: Conduct in-depth research to identify areas for improvement in our customer experience, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
* **Create and Maintain Customer Journey Maps**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain customer journey maps that illustrate the customer's experience across various touchpoints.
* **Conduct User Testing and Analysis**: Design and conduct user testing to gather insights on customer behavior, preferences, and pain points, and analyze the results to inform business decisions.
* **Develop Personas and Customer Profiles**: Analyze data from various sources, including user research, market research, and customer feedback, to create accurate and comprehensive personas and customer profiles.
* **Partner with Cross-Functional Teams**: Collaborate with design, product, and operations teams to evaluate products, processes, and services for optimal customer experience, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* **Recommend Protocols for Accessibility and Functionality**: Ensure that all customer experiences are accessible and functional for all users, and recommend protocols to maintain these standards.
* **Run User Research Studies**: Partner with the design team to design and conduct user research studies, including wireframing and prototyping, to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
* **Recruit Participants for User Research Studies**: Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to recruit participants for user research studies, ensuring a diverse and representative sample.
* **Drive Change Across the Organization**: Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for customer-centric decisions and driving change across the organization to improve customer experiences.
**Requirements**
To succeed as a Customer Experience Analyst at Arenaflex, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Psychology, Experience Design, or Related Field**: A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience in user experience research, design, or a related role.
* **In Lieu of Bachelor's Degree, At Least Five Years of Experience**: In lieu of a bachelor's degree, at least five years of experience as a user experience researcher, user experience designer, or similar role.
* **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel.
* **Experience Conducting Quantitative and Qualitative Research**: Proven experience in conducting research, including quantitative and qualitative methods.
* **Experience Developing Journey Maps and Personas**: Experience in developing journey maps and personas, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
* **Experience Conducting 1:1 Interviews and/or Focus Group Discussions**: Experience in conducting 1:1 interviews and/or focus group discussions to gather insights on customer behavior and preferences.
* **Fluency in Latest Customer Experience Standards and Human-Centered Design**: Strong knowledge of the latest customer experience standards and human-centered design principles.
* **Ability to Manage Work Independently**: Ability to manage work independently while promoting collaborative processes and driving consensus across organizational teams.
* **Ability to Present and Defend Decisions**: Ability to present and defend decisions and recommendations to groups, including senior stakeholders.
**Nice-to-Haves**
* **Experience with Design Tools and Software**: Experience with design tools and software, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
* **Experience with Data Analysis and Visualization Tools**: Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
* **Experience with Agile Methodologies**: Experience with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
