Company Description FlipOps is a proptech platform that gives wholesalers, fix-and-flip operators, and BRRRR investors a single system for managing deals from discovery to closing. Rather than maintaining separate tools for skip tracing, lead lists, CRM, outreach, deal analysis, and disposition, investors use FlipOps to handle the entire workflow in one place. The platform includes a distress scoring algorithm that ranks motivated sellers by urgency and uses machine learning to help investors prioritize the opportunities most likely to convert into closed deals. Role Description The CRM & Systems Administrator will focus on how investors set up, customize, and maintain their operational systems within the FlipOps platform. Most investors have migrated through multiple CRMs and still haven't found one that matches their workflow without heavy customization. This role involves understanding the configuration needs of real estate investors and translating them into platform defaults, templates, and setup flows that reduce the time between signing up and running a fully functional operation. Qualifications • Strong expertise in Salesforce.com Administration and general system administration • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret data to drive system improvements • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment • Familiarity with real estate investment processes is a plus • Experience with implementing and maintaining CRM platforms is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred What You'll Do • Design default CRM configurations within FlipOps that reflect common investor workflows: wholesale acquisitions, fix-and-flip pipeline tracking, BRRRR deal management, and disposition coordination • Build customizable pipeline stage templates that investors can adapt based on their market, deal volume, team size, and exit strategy • Develop data migration frameworks that allow investors to import leads, contacts, deal records, and property data from tools like Podio, REsimpli, InvestorFuse, and spreadsheet-based systems without losing history or breaking pipeline continuity • Create automation rules and trigger templates for common investor needs: lead status changes, follow-up reminders, task assignments, drip campaign enrollment, and deal stage notifications • Define tagging, filtering, and segmentation structures that help investors organize leads by list source, market, motivation level, property type, and outreach status • Work with the product team to build onboarding sequences that walk new users through CRM setup, integration connections, and initial list imports within their first session • Identify and document the most common CRM configuration mistakes investors make — incorrect pipeline stages, missing automation triggers, duplicate lead handling gaps — and build guardrails to prevent them • Develop integration workflows between FlipOps and external tools investors commonly use alongside a CRM: dialers, skip tracing services, direct mail providers, and accounting software You Might Be a Fit If • You've set up and administered a CRM for a real estate investment operation and dealt with the specific customization requirements investors have around lead statuses, deal stages, and property-level data fields • You've migrated investor data between platforms — moving from Podio to REsimpli, from a spreadsheet to InvestorFuse, or from one custom setup to another — and maintained data integrity through the transition • You've built automation workflows in a CRM that handle lead routing, follow-up sequences, task creation, and stage-based notifications without manual intervention • You're familiar with PropStream, BatchLeads, or similar tools and understand how list data flows into a CRM: import formats, field mapping, deduplication, and list source tagging • You've configured user roles and permissions in a CRM environment where the owner needs full access, acquisitions managers see pipeline data, and VAs are limited to calling and data entry functions • You've supported investors who run multi-market operations and need their CRM to segment leads, pipelines, and reporting by geographic area • You understand why an investor's CRM breaks down at scale — 500+ leads with inconsistent statuses, duplicate records from multiple list imports, automation rules conflicting with each other — and you've fixed those problems • You've documented CRM setup processes and trained team membe Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
