Role Overview
We are looking for a Country Manager - Chile with a strategic vision, hunter mentality, focus on results, and the ability to lead the commercial expansion of Kashio in Chile. This position will be responsible for the local P&L, generating new business opportunities, developing strategic alliances, and building a disciplined, scalable, and profitable commercial operation.
What You Will Do
Define and execute the annual country plan for Chile, manage the local P&L, execute pricing policies, identify opportunities to strengthen Kashio's value proposition, analyze the market, competition, and commercial expansion opportunities, and develop relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives.
