As a Global Workplace Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in shaping how our real estate supports our business and how our teams work, grow, and serve customers. This role is ideal for someone who blends business partnership with strong transaction leadership, analytical thinking, and strategic problem solving.
This is a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment that often operates with ambiguity, success in this role requires the ability to translate strategy into execution with clarity and discipline.
Responsibilities
Operate as the central point of integration for complex, multi-market real estate programs, ensuring consistency, discipline, and execution across the portfolio
Drive outcomes that align workplace strategy with business priorities while ensuring clarity, momentum, and partnership across the enterprise
Transaction Leadership
Lead transaction development and strategy for leases, aligning deal structures with enterprise financial and operational objectives
Drive end-to-end transaction execution, from business case through negotiation, documentation, and close
Direct and manage third-party brokerage partners, ensuring accountability for strategy, pacing, and outcomes
Identify critical transaction risks and opportunities, guiding negotiation approach and key decision points
Business Partnership & Planning
Partner with Strategy, HR, and Project Management teams to translate business needs into actionable real estate plans
Build trusted relationships with business leaders, understanding workforce needs, priorities, and future plans
Contribute to occupancy planning, aligning space requirements with business demand and market conditions
Program Management & Execution
Lead program-level planning and coordination across multiple initiatives, aligning timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Drive cross-functional alignment and manage interdependencies across projects and transactions
Monitor program and transaction performance, including timelines, financial outcomes, and delivery milestones
Facilitate governance through clear reporting, decision framing, and risk escalation
Drive accountability across internal teams and external partners to ensure commitments are met
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Validate program and project data, ensuring accuracy and transparency in reporting
Communicate complex information clearly and concisely to support business decision-making
Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize execution, and enhance portfolio performance
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate transaction management, space and occupancy planning, facility management, or project management
Proven experience managing stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced, professional environment
Experience directly supporting or advising business leaders on space or workforce strategy
Experience managing or directing third-party brokerage partners or external advisors
Ability to turn data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Demonstrated experience leading or materially contributing to complex real estate transactions, including renewals, new leases, relocations, and dispositions
Strong ability to analyze complex information, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend practical solutions
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to diverse audiences
High level of accountability, initiative, and comfort working independently on visible, high-impact work
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, construction, or a related field
Experience working with space planning, system furniture concepts, and workplace design
Familiarity with building regulations, including health and safety guidelines
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and respond to time-critical issues

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 114,200 - 190,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
