Copy Typist / Transcriptionist - Data Entry

We are passionate about helping people find hope, resilience, and meaningful change.We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Remote Copy Typist / Transcriptionist – Data Entry to assist with typing, transcribing, and formatting text from various sources. This role involves straightforward, repetitive tasks that require strong typing skills and attention to detail.Responsibilities:Type handwritten, scanned, or printed text into Word or Google DocsTranscribe audio or video recordings into clear, formatted written documentsEnter data accurately into spreadsheets, forms, or templatesProofread typed content for spelling, grammar, and formatting accuracyOrganize and label digital files properly (e.g., by date, client, or category)Convert typed documents into PDF or other file formats as neededMaintain confidentiality of any sensitive information handledRequirements:Good typing speed (recommended: 50+ WPM)Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or equivalent word processing toolsBasic knowledge of email and cloud storage (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox)Strong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to listen and type simultaneously (for transcription tasks)Quiet environment and reliable internet connectionWhat We OfferCompetitive compensationPaid time off and holidaysHealth, dental, and vision insuranceContinuing education reimbursement and professional development support
