Qualified candidates will be considered for immediate openings as well as future opportunities aligned to system implementations, upgrades, and expansion initiatives.</i><br></p> <b>Overview</b><br> This role supports PLC and automation systems. Design, program, and deploy control systems that drive automated material handling operations across distribution and fulfillment environments. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, throughput, and real-time operational performance.<br> <p><br></p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br></p> <ul> <li>Develop, test, and deploy PLC/HMI/SCADA solutions (Allen-Bradley, Siemens)<br></li> <li>Configure industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet) and integrate field devices<br></li> <li>Lead commissioning efforts including FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing)<br></li> <li>Integrate control systems with WCS/WES and upstream/downstream systems<br></li> <li>Troubleshoot live production issues and perform root cause analysis<br></li> <li>Support system upgrades, retrofits, and performance optimization initiatives<br></li> <li>Collaborate with mechanical, software, and operations teams during implementation<br></li> </ul> <br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> <p><b>Qualifications</b><br></p> <ul> <li>3–8+ years in industrial automation or controls engineering<br></li> <li>Hands-on PLC programming and debugging experience<br></li> <li>Strong understanding of material handling systems (conveyors, sorters, ASRS)<br></li> <li>Ability to support on-site commissioning and travel as required<br></li> <li>Experience in high-throughput or 24/7 operations preferred<br></li> </ul> <b>Location</b>: Remote or based at client sites depending on project requirements. <br> <br>
