Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Technical Sourcer to support our recruiters in identifying and engaging top software engineering and IT talent in the Denver, CO area.
What You Will Do
Proactively identify and engage high-quality software engineering and IT candidates, build pipelines of passive and active candidates, and deliver high-quality talent for current and future hiring needs.

Ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience sourcing mid to senior level Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other technical talent, with a strong technical acumen and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other open source methods.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience sourcing mid to senior level Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers and other technical talent
- Solid technical acumen, especially around tech stacks similar to ours (C++, Go, JavaScript, Python, AWS)
- Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other open source methods of discovering talent
- Demonstrated ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive markets including a minimum 35% message response rate
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple candidate pipelines with an emphasis on quality over quantity
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems including leveraging automation tools, reporting and a strong sense of data hygiene (Ashby strongly preferred)
- Ability to work independently in an environment where priorities can change quickly
