LaSalle Network is partnering with a well-established healthcare company to hire a Contract Recruiting Coordinator / Entry-Level Recruiter to support a high-volume talent acquisition team during a busy hiring period. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting coordination, recruiting support, or early recruiting experience who enjoys staying organized, talking with candidates, and keeping the hiring process moving. What You'll Do • Review candidate applications and conduct introductory phone screens (approximately 8–10 per day) for healthcare support positions, including Patient Registration, Revenue Cycle, Cash Applications, and Pharmacy Technicians. • Document clear, detailed screening notes and share candidate summaries with recruiters and hiring managers. • Help move candidates through the hiring process by coordinating next steps and maintaining regular communication. • Maintain recruiting trackers in Excel to ensure candidate pipelines remain accurate and up to date. • Provide a positive candidate experience through timely phone, email, and ATS communication. • Partner closely with the recruiting team to support ongoing hiring initiatives and meet recruiting goals. What We're Looking For • 1+ year of recruiting, recruiting coordination, talent acquisition support, in a high volume environment- ideally healthcare • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates over the phone. • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. • Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and maintaining recruiting trackers. • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fully remote environment. • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus, but not required.
