Content & Communications Support

Job Description: • Assist with the preparation, formatting, editing, and distribution of communication materials such as emails, newsletters, presentations, intranet updates, and other standard content. • Proofread assigned content for grammar, clarity, formatting, and adherence to brand and communication guidelines. • Coordinate routine content updates by gathering information from designated stakeholders and applying approved changes. • Support communication schedules and calendars by tracking assignments, deadlines, and completion status. • Maintain organized files, templates, mailing lists, and content repositories to support consistent communication delivery. • Execute established communication processes, including posting content, routing materials for review, and scheduling distribution. • Respond to routine content and communication support requests, escalating issues when guidance or approval is required. • Assist with basic reporting and tracking (e.g., distribution lists, posting confirmations, engagement summaries) using established tools. • Follow documented procedures and instructions to ensure work is completed accurately and on time. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. • 2–4 years of experience in a communications, content support, marketing, or administrative support role.
