Daily Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls
Schedule appointments with interested members and families
Conduct virtual benefit presentations
Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally
Use basic computer systems to manage client information
Complete required applications and documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow-up notes
Support quality control and client satisfaction
Participate in leadership development and ongoing training
