<p>Job Description</p> <p>A futuristic indie band is seeking a Virtual Assistant to support their mission of growing organic visibility and expanding their presence online. This role is ideal for a proactive and creative communicator with a strong understanding of online communities, grassroots marketing, and outreach strategies.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:<br /> Community Building & Engagement (Primary Focus)<br /> Identify and engage in relevant niche forums and communities (e.g., Reddit, Discord, Instagram comment threads)<br /> Participate in discussions around AI, tech, and music to authentically introduce and grow the Lucy Dreams brand<br /> Track engagement and report insights to the manager<br /> Outreach & PR Support<br /> Research and compile lists of bloggers, playlist curators, and radio hosts in the music/tech niche<br /> Initiate cold outreach to relevant contacts via email or social media<br /> Support in crafting outreach messages (templates provided by client)<br /> Brand Positioning Support<br /> Ensure Lucy Dreams’ narrative and story are effectively placed in relevant digital spaces<br /> Collaborate with the band manager to push the brand creatively and organically</p> <p>Must-Have Qualifications:<br /> Excellent written English and clear verbal communication skills<br /> Experience in online community engagement or guerrilla/digital grassroots marketing<br /> Proficient in research and list-building for outreach<br /> Creative mindset with a passion for music, tech, and culture<br /> Comfortable using platforms like Reddit, Discord, Instagram, and email tools<br /> Tech-savvy and self-organized</p> <p>Availability & Commitment<br /> Part-Time: 20 hours/week (initial)<br /> May scale to Full-Time (40 hours/week) based on performance and results<br /> Flexible hours, but should be available for communication during European daytime<br /> $600 – $700 a month</p> <p>Why Join Assist World?</p> <p>100% REMOTE<br /> $50 birthday bonus<br /> $200 testimonial bonus<br /> $300 tenure bonus every 6 months<br /> $500 entry monthly raffle<br /> PAID USA HOLIDAYS<br /> NO TRACKER.
