About this Role

We're looking for a Communications & Social Media Manager to own how Valerie shows up both externally and internally. You'll lead Valerie's social presence, support our partner brands, shape founder thought leadership, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure every communication reflects Valerie's voice, values, and DNA.

You'll work closely with Brand, Creative, Copy, Paid Media, Talent Acquisition, Operations, and Leadership to create a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint—from social media and candidate communications to employee onboarding. Success in this role isn't measured by how many posts you publish; it's measured by how consistently Valerie's brand is experienced by founders, customers, candidates, and employees.
