Position: Service Writer for Commercial Property Management Services
Location: DFW Metroplex territories
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Locate the sites Property Manager or Landlord -- email, cell phone or meet at their office/place of business
• Accurately identify customer needs and the best available resolution based on the attributes of each customer and their services
• Clearly set expectations and communications to deter oversized vehicles / Unauthorized Tractor Trailer parking
• Educate customers on service features and functionality
• Ensure service agreement and signage requirement / needs are processed properly
• Meet turnaround time, customer satisfaction and other performance metrics
• Maintain a positive relationship with the other team members through collaboration and open communication
• Remain calm and professional even if customers delay on service agreements
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
