Our client is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team. This individual will manage and service a portfolio of commercial clients, acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day needs. The role focuses on client relationship management, renewals, coverage analysis, and working with internal teams and carriers to deliver tailored insurance solutions. This position plays a key role in client retention, strengthening relationships, and supporting overall book growth. This is a contract-to-hire basis role a strong likelihood of converting to a permanent position based on performance. Key Responsibilities • Manage a book of commercial lines accounts, serving as the main client contact and trusted advisor • Oversee the full renewal process including coverage review, marketing to carriers, negotiating terms, and preparing proposals • Partner with producers and internal teams to ensure smooth account management and high-quality service • Provide coverage recommendations and identify gaps or risk exposures • Work across coverages including GL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, and Workers' Comp. • Collaborate with carriers to secure competitive terms and resolve issues • Handle endorsements, COIs, policy changes, and general servicing needs • Support new business efforts and onboarding of new accounts • Maintain accurate client records and stay current on market trends Requirements • 5+ years of commercial lines account management experience • Strong knowledge of P&C coverages • Experience with renewals, marketing accounts, and client servicing • Ability to identify coverage gaps and explain policies clearly • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with agency systems (Applied Epic, AMS360, etc.) Compensation & Benefits • $35.00 to $45.00 per hour (depending on experience) • Contract-to-hire opportunity with high likelihood of permanent placement • Medical, Dental, Vision while on assignment • 401(k) with match • PTO + holidays • Growth and advancement opportunities Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
