Cofounder – Consumer, Compliance & Vertical Expansion (FinTech / AI)

About AmitaSoft AmitaSoft is building a category-defining AI platform for financial and personal document intelligence. • Product already built and live • Platforms: SafeVault (AI document intelligence) + CliqLoan (loan origination) • Focus: scaling distribution, partnerships, and vertical expansion Role Overview We are hiring a Cofounder – Consumer, Compliance & Vertical Expansion to lead: • B2C growth and distribution • Security and compliance posture • Expansion into non-lending verticals • Government and regulatory relationships This is a true cofounder role, not a functional leadership hire. You will define how the product reaches households, builds trust, and scales across industries. Key Responsibilities1. Compliance, Security & Trust • Lead SOC 2 Type I → Type II programs • Build and manage HIPAA, GLBA, CCPA, GDPR compliance • Establish bank-grade security and audit systems • Own trust & safety, identity, and incident response • Implement privacy-by-design practices 2. B2C Growth & SEO • Drive consumer GTM (0 → 1 → scale) • Lead SEO (technical + content), paid acquisition, and social growth • Optimize onboarding, activation, retention, and lifecycle • Develop household pricing and packaging strategies 3. Vertical Expansion (Non-Lending) • Healthcare (HIPAA workflows, medical records) • Legal (contracts, estate, intake workflows) • Insurance (claims, policies, broker tools) • Tax & accounting (CPA integrations) • Personal finance (advisors, wealth platforms) 4. Government & Regulatory Relations • Engage with federal bodies (CFPB, FTC, OCC, FDIC, Treasury, HHS) • Work with state regulators and industry bodies • Build policy positioning and advocacy relationships Required Qualifications • Proven experience in B2C SaaS / consumer app / marketplace growth (0 → scale) • Strong expertise in SEO, content, paid media, and organic growth • Hands-on experience with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, HIPAA, or GDPR) • Background in trust & safety, identity systems, or fintech operations • Ability to operate in a regulated, trust-driven environment as a cofounder Preferred Qualifications • Experience in healthcare, legal, or insurance sectors • Government or regulatory affairs exposure • Prior ownership of compliance programs • Relationships with federal or state agencies • Experience building consumer-first brands Compensation (Important) • Equity-based partnership only • No salary until funding • Full-time founder commitment expected • Salary structure begins post-fundraise How to Apply Email: [email protected] Subject:Cofounder – Consumer, Compliance & Growth Pay: $83,897.37 - $101,037.69 per year Application Question(s): • This is a full time equity based co-founder role until funding.Are you fine with that and taking full ownership to run the company?
