Hourly Rate: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Clinical Supervisor Remote- PT is responsible for all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients they oversee. This includes the assessment and analysis of the patient’s skills and challenging behaviors, development of treatment plans, overseeing the implementation of treatment, collaboration with and training of their patient’s caregivers, as well as ongoing coaching and training of behavioral technicians. Treatment plans are primarily designed to address areas of medical necessity and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient’s home, school, community, or via telehealth. Clinical Supervisors - PT report to the Group Clinical Manager. This is a non-exempt, part-time position and therefore is not eligible to participate in the incentive programs. This is a remote position, requiring a high level of self-discipline and accountability. While the position will have the flexibility to work from their home office, we maintain rigorous standards for clinical quality, communication, productivity, and collaboration. They will be expected to adhere to set schedules, attend virtual meetings, and meet deadlines consistently.
