As we scale, we're hiring a <strong>Client Success Manager</strong> to lead inbound client handling, guide prospects through our recruitment process, and build long-term, trust-based relationships.</span></h2><p>This is a pivotal role — you will be the <em>first impression</em> of Bamboo Works and the <em>ongoing voice</em> of our brand for our clients. Your communication, professionalism, and problem-solving ability will directly reflect the quality we promise.</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Remote<br><strong>Engagement:</strong> Full-Time<br><strong>Working Hours:</strong> CET<br><strong>Monthly Salary:</strong> Base pay + additional revenue-based commissions</p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><ul><li>Guide clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, hiring strategy, and long-term needs</li><li>Own the post-placement client experience, ensuring a smooth onboarding and successful integration of placed candidates</li><li>Drive client retention through consistent value delivery and relationship building</li><li>Conduct regular check-ins with clients to proactively assess satisfaction, performance, and potential risks</li><li>Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience, processes, and outcomes</li><li>Identify and resolve issues early, acting as the main point of contact for any client concerns or escalations</li><li>Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations</li><li>Coordinate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are clearly translated and successfully delivered</li><li>Own client retention, satisfaction, and account growth across your portfolio</li><li>Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, measured through feedback, repeat business, and account growth</li></ul><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><h3><strong>Requirements (Non-Negotiable)</strong></h3><ul><li>Fluent English — exceptional speaking and writing skills</li><li>Strong communication — structured, confident, and personable</li><li>Professional presence — calm, trustworthy, articulate</li><li>University degree (business, marketing, communications, or related fields preferred)</li><li>Tech-savvy and business-oriented — quick to grasp new industries and roles</li><li>Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy</li><li>Strong commercial awareness — able to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a client-first approach</li></ul><h3><strong>Must-Have Experience</strong></h3><ul><li><p>2–3+ years in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or offshoring in a <strong>client-facing role</strong></p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience running discovery calls and managing client accounts</p></li><li><p>Proven success managing the full client lifecycle — from lead to long-term relationship</p></li><li><p>Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive ongoing client satisfaction</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles (EAs, developers, marketers, analysts, accountants)</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Bonus Points For</strong></h3><ul><li><p>Experience working with international clients (US, UK, AUS, EU, UAE)</p></li><li><p>Startup or high-growth environment experience</p></li><li>Strong CRM discipline and organizational skills<br> </li><li>Experience in generating their own leads (LinkedIn outreach, light cold calling, etc.)</li></ul><h2><strong>Recruitment Process</strong></h2><ol><li><p>Initial Interview</p></li><li><p>Interview with the Co-Founders</p></li><li><p>Offer & Onboarding</p></li></ol>
