About the Role We are currently expanding our client services team and looking for individuals interested in building experience in financial services and client support. This position focuses on helping families understand financial protection options while developing professional communication and business skills. No prior experience is required. Training is provided. Key Responsibilities • Assist with client onboarding and basic financial needs analysis • Learn how to guide individuals through financial protection options • Participate in structured training sessions • Develop communication and relationship-building skills • Support ongoing client service processes Pay Structure This is a performance-based (commission) role with uncapped earning potential. There is no hourly or base salary. Minimum Requirements • 18 years or older • Must currently reside in the United States • Ability to pass a background check (required for licensing) • Background check is at applicant’s expense • Access to a laptop or tablet for training • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Training & Onboarding • Orientation completed virtually or in-office • Guided onboarding process with initial activity required • Support provided toward obtaining required licensing Additional Information This position may involve working with financial protection products, including life insurance, after proper licensing is obtained.
