Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Class Action Litigation Paralegal. The paralegal will play a critical role in supporting attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and reviewing case materials. Day-to-day tasks will include drafting pleadings and motions, managing case files, and assisting in the overall coordination of class action lawsuits. Collaboration and attention to detail will be essential for this role.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong skills in Legal Research and understanding of legal terminology
• Experience with drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as Pleadings and Motions
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in relevant legal software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
• Prior experience in class action litigation or a related field is highly desirable
