Process and manage insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues.
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve complex claims.
Maintain a high level of customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as industry regulations.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth and timely claim processing.
Keep detailed records of claims, correspondence, and other relevant information.
Analyze and interpret insurance policies and coverage to determine appropriate claim resolution.
