Christian Creative, Fashion & Marketing Intern / Personal Assistant Location: Orange County, CA (Virtual & Home-Based) Position Type: Part-Time Summer Internship (10–20 hours/week) Compensation: Paid or unpaid for school credit (based on experience and qualifications) About the Opportunity We are a growing faith-based mental health practice seeking a creative, organized, and motivated intern to work directly alongside the founder. This unique role combines personal assistant responsibilities with hands-on experience in marketing, creative design, fashion and sewing projects, entrepreneurship, and faith-based mental health. This internship is primarily virtual with occasional work conducted from the founder's home office in Orange County for creative projects, planning meetings, sewing/design work, and special initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently while also collaborating in person when needed. This opportunity is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about creativity, interested in growing in their Christian faith, and eager to gain real-world experience supporting a mission-driven business. ResponsibilitiesPersonal Assistant Support • Assist the founder with projects, planning, and day-to-day operations • Coordinate tasks and help manage ongoing initiatives • Conduct research for business, marketing, and creative projects • Assist with event planning and project organization • Support special projects as needed Marketing & Brand Development • Design flyers, graphics, and promotional materials • Assist with social media content creation and scheduling • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletter design • Conduct market research and competitor analysis • Help develop and implement creative marketing strategies • Assist with content creation and brand development Fashion & Creative Design Projects • Assist with sewing, textile, and fashion-related projects • Help bring creative concepts from design to completion • Source materials, fabrics, and creative resources • Organize and maintain creative supplies and project materials • Participate in brainstorming, design, and creative planning sessions Professional Development • Learn about entrepreneurship and business ownership • Gain exposure to faith-integrated mental health services • Develop marketing, branding, and creative project management skills • Receive direct mentorship in leadership, business, faith, and personal development QualificationsRequired • Christian with a desire to grow in faith and spiritual maturity • Sewing experience and familiarity with garment construction, alterations, textile work, or fashion design • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creative thinker with attention to detail • Ability to work independently and take initiative • Reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings in Orange County • Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred • Interest in mental health, counseling, psychology, or social services • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools • Social media management or content creation experience • Marketing, communications, fashion, or design coursework • Photography, videography, or graphic design experience • Experience with email marketing platforms Who We're Looking For You are someone who loves creativity and purpose-driven work.
