We are a team of exited founders with ten years of R&D in cloud infrastructure and agentic AI, building purpose-built agentic cloud infrastructure for Europe from the compute layer up.
Granite is backed by Bifrost Studios and external investors, with a €4M seed round closed earlier this year. First deployments are live and we are now building out the commercial motion.
Tasks
The operating model is designed and the founding team is strong on vision and execution. What is missing is the person who makes it run consistently. This hire owns the operating rhythm end to end: the cadence meetings, the weekly pulse, the decision log, and the connective tissue between workstreams. They are the finishing instinct the team currently lacks. The role has a direct line to the CEO and a clear path toward VP Operations or COO as the company scales.
What you will do
Own the full operating rhythm: cadence meetings, weekly pulse dashboard, decision log, and cross-workstream coordination
Keep the founding team focused on revenue and product by removing every coordination and follow-up burden from their plate
Hold people accountable to commitments, including founders, without waiting to be asked
Manage the Commercial Associate and take on additional operational hires as the company grows
Run quarterly planning and strategy processes with full data and narrative
Onboard new hires without drawing on founder bandwidth

Requirements
Min 4+ years in progressively impactful roles
Experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Strategy and Operations role at a scaling company
Has built and owned operating rhythms before, not just contributed to them
Track record of holding people accountable, including senior stakeholders, in a structured and consistent way
Strong written communicator who runs tight meetings and produces clear output
Comfortable managing direct reports and working with high autonomy
Background in consulting, early-stage operations, or both
