Position Overview
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused Data Entry & Call Support Specialist to join the careerzynith IT team on a part‑time basis. In this role you will serve as a critical bridge between business users and our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, ensuring accurate data capture, seamless communication, and timely resolution of support requests. Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work directly with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translate them into functional specifications, and document both UI and data interface requirements.

Essential Qualifications

- At least 3 years of hands‑on functional analysis or business analysis experience, with a proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to dissect complex business processes and propose actionable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
